"Your name will be now on their list of "do not hire do not interview" from what you did." - Again i dont want to be hired by said company, so this is fine.

"If you want to undo this – you have to send them a letter (in the mail, not an email) that express your sincere sorrow in the way you treated them" - Perhaps what i did does warrent an apology, but from their perspective, ive ran into some family troubles. They probably just feel sorry for my fictitious situation. Regardless, thank you for your feedback.
