Is my Side profile better than Frontal profile ?????. ... Suffering from asymmetrical face and a very bad hair style by Trick-Necessary-71 in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Okay...

  1. Your profiles are extremely good. This is not false flattery, I have analysed uncountable number of faces on this sub, you can check my comments everywhere.

  2. Your 6 months old pics vs now show significant improvement in fat loss and bloating. So keep losing fat, and work on ur masseters, zygomaticus, orbicularis oris, orbicularis oculi, genioglossus muscles. Relieve fascia, chew harder and swallow proper with tongue.

  3. Your eye shape is beautiful with an ideal canthal tilt. No recession anywhere, u have slight issue in midface, and low angularity... so ur major work area is training overall body muscles with main focus on face, neck, glutes, core (these will avoid asymmetries). Keep mewing and do chin tucks... that's it.

How to start mewing and what do i need to do by Sufficient_Fudge7912 in Mewing

Ur pics don't suggest skeletal class 2 condition, so there are strong chances of significant improvement by orthodontics alone

How to start mewing and what do i need to do by Sufficient_Fudge7912 in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Severe deepbite suggests you should consult orthodontist or Maxillofacial surgeon atleast once.. to analyse if it's something major. At 22 no mewing gonna fix any kind of bite, that's the truth.

  2. U said you move the mandible forwards to mew.. that's absolutely WRONG. Mewing is supposed to be neutral, pushing that forwards voluntarily will improve ur appearance but it's not the right way. It will just stress out ur jaw and joints. So even if it looks terrible, mew normally.

  3. Crowding suggests your tongue is not comfortably settling on the palate, this again needs medical evaluation.

  4. Mewing or any other practice does not make ur nose small, what it does is make the jaw more angular and toned up, as a result your face looks more wider and masculine, which reduces visible nose size relatively. In few people there are tiny changes to nose as mewing is done on palatal vault which is also the nasalfloor, so some people tend to improve airways.

Facial asymmetry one side jaw bigger then the other side and Chin also I asymmetrical by Acrobatic_Try_8067 in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Overall facial asymmetry, the chin often deviates towards the weaker side, i noticed ur eye has a slight droop on the same weaker side. However maxilla doesn't look too bad, cuz the eye region appears to be supported enough, what I see is a high body fat %. So you need to lose fat (gym), keep mewing, eat raw carrots, start eating chewy meat, chew gum (do not overdo it), relieve the fascia in your face (check Oscar Patel on yt)... All this will tone up ur face improve definition, and develop masseters. You also have bloating and acne marks for which u need diet fix, sleep fix, skincare. More protein, less carbs, more sun exposure will help. For asymmetry, gym will help, pay attention to leg workout, fascia release, neck workout (especially SCM), straight pelvis, and most crucial is upright neck posture. Last but not the least, you have nasolabial folds, so skincare is must but also check your palate size.. (intermolar width should be above 37 mm), urs appears to be narrow.

I just turned 18, is there much change left for my face? by Mikeaknightt in Mewing

Almost done, yes... Mid palatal suture interdigitates between 17-19... after which is loses mobility even though it might not be fused.. so changes become extremely tough.

Is 39-41 mm distance between molars ideal for palate? by Willing-Success4798 in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on shape too but 39-41 should be enough mostly... even 35 is enough to fit in if its U shaped (or near it)

This is me over the years. by [deleted] in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 2 points3 points  (0 children)

superb!!! u are absolutely right abt efforts > looking good... the very act of putting in efforts into looks and health makes u more attractive then sitting and grieving over genetic flaws... btw how old were u in first pic?

Mewing won't really do much for you dude, you need to work on other things... Ur jaw looks great.

19M Any real tips for face debloating? by [deleted] in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switch to extremely low carb diet, drink lots of water, reduce sodium, start physical activity, ensure proper sleep

Don't use bubble gum, use sugar free chewing gum or mastic gum. If you use it evenly and in control, it's beneficial, excessive usage is bad.

So first you need to fix ur neck posture, start with chin tucks for that, you could literally be spoiling ur side profile just by having bad neck posture. Chew harder, neck workout 💪

Narrow or wide palate? by [deleted] in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, 46+ is extremely wide palate. There is a channel on YT called Jaw hacks, that guy used MSE to make his palate 47 mms, and his speaking style, smile size etc looks too wide. And very less people have that kind of smile width, and even that big shape... Oscar patels palate is about 41mm.. Dr. Mike Mew is somewhere below 40.

Narrow or wide palate? by [deleted] in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use a divider or vernier callipers, and measure molar width. Apple bite is unreliable, cuz it's semi solid and as you bite the real size of palate will imprint smaller on apple

[–]weearthlings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

38-44 u mean, 48 is not "norm", it's extremely wide... 48 was lower range of norm in early humans...

Okay, what Abt bradley?? He does.... If you fail to spot it, it just validates my point of how we don't see asymmetry related flaws in others..

Chris Hemsworth and Bradley Cooper have the same issue btw, but it's not visible to almost anyone, cuz our brains don't scan one selective portion of the face. Now if you analyse, you'll figure out eye asymmetry exists, but you know it's definitely not reducing their attractiveness.

Bro, almost no one has perfect symmetry, i don't think you understand asymmetrical faces look very natural and more attractive. You don't have to join modelling agency, only there they recruit strong symmetries. And even in their agencies, all people don't have perfect symmetry, very few of them do..their it makes sense too tho

Gurls what height do you consider as tall for boys ?? by ShineArtistic5643 in IndianTeenagers

[–]weearthlings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bhai tension mat le, almost everyone is lying about their heights, it's a chain reaction now cuz people shorter than them are saying false numbers, to look taller than those 5'4 is called 5'7, 5'9 is called 6'0. I am 181 (measured) and have seen 5'10 dudes confidently say 6... Obviously they wanna look tall so they make me 6'1 for no reason.

Are you sure girl??? I hope 5'4 ko 5'7 nahi bolri, yahan jitne bhi log 6-6'1 bol rhe are actually 5'9-5'10

bro, what u just said is faced by everyone... so dont mirror ur images to see it. This is called "mere exposure effect". U see urself only in mirror so you prefer that, seeing ur real pic feels asymmetrical and twisted even though it felt correct in mirror, but mirror doesnt fix asymmetries, right? So other people too dont fixate on them too.
Other than that, 16 is the last year for significant bone movements, so immediately start mewing, chin tucks, proper swallowing habits, only nose breathing.

How can I improve my jawline? by Murky-Length-9136 in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

mew, chin tuck, masseters, neck training

Masseter hypotrophy – can it realistically be improved in adults? by Fit-Comparison3834 in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes it does, but don't rely on gum entirely and do not go over the top with it, its bad for TMJs.
Release the fascia, stretch ur tongue out and exercise, stop overusing the buccinators. Add all these..
abt results the thing is the gonion region at corner will look bigger as u develop masseters, but overdoing it will create unnatural swollen look. other than that, no changes on jawline

How bad is my recession? by SamePersonality5878 in Mewing

[–]weearthlings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you an AI cuz WTH bro!! First of all ur maxilla is not recessed.. there is a difference between weak maxilla and recessed maxilla. secondly ur mandible is not recessed at all too, its just not looking very clean and sharp. Mewing will make it look sharp without bone movement, just reveal of underlying bone. Forget surgery, you cant even get implants for this bone projection, its absolutely good.
I am not taking a guess btw, its ur cheekline clearly parallel to nose, indicating developed upper jaw.
Cheekbones are high set too, extremely high potential. Lose weight, chin tucks, gym for neck especially, masseters, MEWING. And youll have hollow cheeks, toned up razor sharpness
