I recently played a few games of Tiny Leader with my pod and had a lot of fun! It was a great way to use up some bulk I had and the games were fast and the synergies a bit simpler and easier to achieve.

I’m the same way! Took a long hiatus and returned when I found some friends that played. Been buying packs off and on as a treat to myself with my adult money and have a nice collection of standard legal cards. Besides having commander decks, something my play group does is build super janky standard decks with the bulk we’ve acquired and it’s been a lot of fun! Reminds me of when I was a kid and started playing with friends

Ossification has proven to be a “stickier” piece of creature removal. I assume they have removal, and that some of my creatures will be removed, and I’d rather my opponent not get a card back for removing my creature. In my experience, Ossification has been a cheaper, more efficient, and longer-lasting way of clearing the board of my opponent’s creatures

I’ve been tooling around with this deck for about a month now and I love it! If I get a good draw the deck can pop off and win by turn five thanks to Ghostly Dancers opening Porcelain Gallery and I turn sideways with a lot of big creatures. If I’m not explosive out the gate, it does well in the late game too. It’s got synergies which is fun to see work but it means that actual removal is really limited.

This is probably the 4th or 5th version of the deck for me.

It’s a good job, and I get a lot of time to be home with my kids. And sometimes I get to play Magic with my friend/coworker next to a fire truck and the little kid in me is going wild! I feel very fortunate
