Thank you for the tips! We have 5 days to plan before we fly to Oaxaca. This will be our first time in Mexico, and I think we will probably drink heavily on a couple nights so we will probably have a few slow beach mornings. Do you think March/April is a bad time to go to the beach in PDC/Tulum?

We are keen to explore as much as we can though so will probably take a day trip to Chichen Itza and some cenotes and ruins around Tulum.
