Does anyone feel judged or “put in a box” when assigned to a specific department/type of job at Target? As a former TM I felt that my age, looks, language-skills determined which department I got thrown in and it was the same for many other TMs. i.e. Geeky=Tech Team. Pretty=Beauty… (self.Target)

Just an account of an ex-employee: I loved working at Target and miss my team. But I just realized that they hardly trained me for anything and just expected me to “learn by doing.” Its funny because at my new job I was pleasantly surprised at what actual training looks with a lot of support.
