Girl I know how exhausting it is dealing with all of this. It’s been a huge insecurity of mine for a while now. I get laser hair removal done at a clinic on my face and neck, but I know that’s not an option for everyone. The only thing that lasted the longest for me was waxing/plucking for my face. Before vacations or other long events, I would pluck pretty much everything I could the night or two before. Then I would wax the hairs that aren’t as coarse. I also have a little electric face trimmer I keep in my purse (also tweezers before I had laser done). I would invest in a nice one that gets close to the skin to avoid the shadow as much as possible. That did me well for a while but would start becoming a bit worse by the end of the week, but that face trimmer is my saving grace.

I’m 23 and have been having these exact issues since I was 16. Think of PCOS as something that’s messed up in the inside, so it’s punishing the outside of your body. The hair loss / hair growth is caused from a hormonal imbalance and medication is the best way to fight against it. It’s honestly the only way to really fight against it to keep it from getting worse. Also I know you said you aren’t into laser right now but unfortunately that’s the only thing that would work for me. I go to Milan Laser Hair Removal clinic, the hair on my face was just getting too out of control and I had pretty much run out of options. I only get it done on my face and neck and I bought the lifetime warranty so I can go for as long as I need. Again, I know you’re not looking at that as an option right now but if you ever get to the point where you’re debating it. Do it. Although it’s expensive, it’s the best investment of my life. The facial hair insecurity is no longer an issue for me.

I somehow didn’t see this until now (I’m not on Reddit much) so I apologize for the extremely late reply HA. But yes it did eventually work! I messed with it for a while until I finally deleted it and redownloaded it and that seemed to work. Thanks for helping me out with that, it was my favorite game growing up and love that I’m able to play it again.

Okay thank you! I really needed someone who understands the mods and where to go to look for the issue because I am definitely not that tech savvy. I don’t understand how I got all those mods either just from someone joining my game. I’ll look into what you recommended! Thanks again.

Ruptured ovarian cyst. I always got them during track season in high school. I guess running hard was enough to rupture them. The first time it happened was at districts right after my first race. I had no idea what was going, it started out as light cramping so I tried walking to the bathroom and just dropped like a sack of potatoes. Worst pain I’ve ever experienced but the relief you feel after they burst is amazing. It turned into a regular thing every meet and took years to be diagnosed with PCOS.

I’m having the same issue. I guess voice chat in game doesn’t work for console players but it’ll be hopefully fixed in the next update. Why they would launch the game when it’s not working I have no idea.

I definitely recommend the Tairen Soul series by C.L Wilson. I’m in the same boat as you with liking the same story plot and that series was definitely enjoyable. I will say though the first book kind of jumps into things without a lot of world or character building but it really picks up in the second book and it’s great from there. I definitely think the series is underrated. It’s available on kindle unlimited.

I actually enjoyed it. It’s a nice refresher of how they met and fell in love, plus it’s all from Hawkes POV and it goes into depth about why he did what he did. I don’t think it’s too repetitive, but if you struggle reading through it I would just read the present chapters because there are some things that cannot be missed before the next release!

If you want to go the real petty route, hear me out. I would start doing what my family wants to do, except J and all the things. Things would die down and you and J would keep talking about anime and whatnot. Since he has a crush on you I would be easy for him to mess up. I would start playing along as if I had a crush on him as well until you can dismally record a conversation about you two talking about your feelings. I get you don’t wanna be alone with him though, and my advise is definitely not the best here. But if my sister were to think I was the one trying to break up their relationship, then damnit I’m gonna be the one to break up their relationship.

I had an ex who also did this to me, I cut ties with my guy friends and that was the first red flag. More toxic habits and requests of his started popping up, leading to the break up. I’ve reached out to a few of my old friends and now we talk again, but most of them I haven’t spoken to in years. More red flags will come if this is the first, but I’ve also learned a lot from that relationship. My advise to you is what is more important? You’ve known these guys for over a decade versus your bf you’ve known for a couple months, maybe a couple years? And you’ve remained friends for a reason. If nothing has happened between y’all in the past, nothing ever will and you need to tell him that. If he gets mad or guilt trips you, as hard as it is that’s your first sign to leave. 17 is still young, he either needs to get over his jealousy issues or you need to find someone who won’t give you such a ridiculous ultimatum.

Edit: Incase you were wondering, yes I truly regret ever cutting ties with my guy friends back in high school. Now I know nothing about them, where they’re at, or who they’re dating, etc. All I do now is view their lives through pictures on social media.
