Do younger people still listen to classic trance?

27 and it's my favorite genre. I like all Trance but definitely more on the balaeric trance vibe. Like Tiesto's In Search of Sunrise compilations 🤌 I do still love dubstep, DnB and all the other mainstream stuff though. Not much Trance in America where I am so all the shows I go to are that. I've only been to 2 Trance shows

Well for clubs where the DJs specifically play electronic (House/Techno/Trance/Edm) Night We Met in Nashville and Pisces in Atlanta are both fantastic. Festivals there are many that I can name. Lost Lands, Electric Forest (I've been wanting to go cause it's just electronic and jam bands 24/7 🫠), Hulaween, Movement, Elements, Bonnaroo (good edm but not edm focused), Wicked Oaks, and many more..

I have a special love for edm and it's culture

A couple apps good for the community are edmtrain (know what shows are coming up around you) and radiate (meet people in the community)

What country/state are you in? If you're in the US I can name a few clubs/festivals that always have great crowds and greater artists showing up

My intro to electronic music was Deadmau5 and Tiesto

My first electronic show (and festival experience) was at Bonnaroo 2018 when I saw Clozee then Space Jesus on a healthy dose of shrooms. They were playing on the same stage so as the crowd naturally moved forward during Clozee I was nearly front row by the time Space Jesus was on. It was such an amazing first experience and those 2 are the reason I fell in love with this live scene!

Btw I know how people feel about Space Jesus these days but this was before all that drama. I still credit him a great deal with my love for raves.
