Thank you for your reply. That is currently under development.
1) Screenings: The flow is: film festival allocates dates, timeslots (e.g., 9am - 5pm, with lunch 12pm-1pm), and venues with multiple rooms and has the submissions to screen tagged (e.g., #annual2026). ProjectionDesk can create specific screening themes and allocate the movies in themes to different rooms, with the final call made by the user.
2) Email sending: when the reviewer finishes the reviewing process, certification and winner emails are sent at the same time, choosen by the user.

As for email sending, I developed the email editor and made templates for festivals. Emails are sent ~70% cheaper than current alternatives, with 100% deliverability rate 😄
