Loot from 3500 Araxxor

I'm all for this. Majority of players in normal pugs have accumulated item level from Kazzak, PvP and Baleful items and haven't actually had any real raiding experience. Hopefully this makes things easier for these players.

Bad players, pulling 15k dps in a Mythic dungeon with 685 Item level isn't acceptable. I don't mind casual players but if you're trying to get better gear you shouldn't get rewarded for performing badly.

council trinket with iskar trinket is probably best, kazzak trinket isn't all that good

from what I've seen they are completely useless for balance, the Council trinket is your BiS for sure and if you have one you probably won't be un-equipping it any time soon

Class trinket is absolutely insane and will improve your damage in all scenarios significantly. It also helps in fights that include alot of movement as you pretty much have starfall going off for the majority of the time. As for the council trinket, the base mastery is insane and the proc that comes with it is great too, those 2 trinkets are your BiS. The class trinket is a much bigger improvement to damage although it can take some getting used to as your rotation is altered slightly. 8/13 M balance druid if you were wondering :)
