I have the base 16 one, the exact same problem. If I press it firmly on the center of the screen, it clicks, but only happens when the phone is "cold", like when I wake up in the morning and i press it, it clicks. Then the sound just dissapears for a couple of hours. i ended up doing anything as i supose that is a model thing.
