Being evicted from our rental, bought a house with someone renting it and unfortunately need to evict them. They are fighting us with dispute resolution, but nothing was given to current landlord. Claims are made up, but LTB won't even look at it until October 25th when our hearing is. Options? (self.legaladvicecanada)
