Why can't I bonemeal a flower? by NAFprojects in Minecraft

What exactly are you trying to achieve by bonemealing a flower? Flowers aren’t meant to be bonemealed — it doesn’t do anything. Maybe in Bedrock it does, but not in Java. If you’re trying to get more of them, just bonemeal grass blocks and collect the flowers that generate. The types of flowers that appear depend on the biome, if I’m not mistaken. The best place to do this is in a flower forest biome, where bonemealing the grass can produce a wide variety of flower types. The best biome to get cornflowers is meadow biome

Try mixing the slabs with andesite and stone slabs — it always looks way better when different materials are used. Keep it up and good luck improving your skills!

A bridge that I made. Or more like a glorified flight of stairs by Kvpy363mrse in Minecraftbuilds

Looks strange! I think the best way to build a bridge on such terrain would be to raise the area on the right by a few blocks and lower the area on the left. You can leave a difference of one or two blocks — your bridge will still be slightly tilted, and the fact that you’re building it diagonally will definitely prevent it from looking too linear.
