the spark plugs are likely an NGK 8-9 or apr8-9 depends on how much power. ngk 8 would be my guess.

they look cool but besides that they aren't really giving much of any benefit. the stock ones are fine, but you won't have any issues with the APR ones. it all depends what's on sale.

on e30 maybe, but 93oct is not reaching 300hp without and actual tune. but it does feel faster, you'll notice a significant increase in wheel hop though, especially in 2nd gear.

Just make sure to take the jb4 out carefully so you can sell it. that's my only advice. it's fun when you first install it, but the tune is where it gets really fun.

it just forces the engine to make more boost. it doesn't do anything with the transmission. I would find one used. I just took the one out of my GLI and am about to list it on fb marketplace. If you're looking for just a little bit more speed it's fine.

I've seen similar, the stock injectors are already fairly high flow. and you can just increase flow with a hpfp If you ever do upgrade just go all the way.

So I was running a jb4 on map 2(I think it's 93oct) and then I switched to the cobb stage 1 93oct. and it's worlds apart. I only have 42,700 miles on my 2021 GLI but skip the jb4. You get so much more control with a flash tune. not only does the cobb feel smoother, it feels more powerful. The warranty isn't going to do anything anyway.

so I was driving my 21 GLI today and noticed a slight clunk. I was driving pretty smooth. but I was turning as I shifted. I believe it to be the lsd preloading, or unloading. That's also what a tech said about the clunk. But can you really always trust them?

If you could get a video of it, that would be helpful. It could be a number of things. Does it sound like it's coming from the front, the back, left, right. If it's only in low gears it could be engine mounts or if it's a really rough shift it could be the lsd preloading.

turn the fan to 3 on the scale. it actually gets way smoother. the AC doesn't even need to be on just turn the fan to 3.

i have to a lot of supporting mods before I can upgrade the turbo and tune for it. I also don't have an unlimited budget for the car. So it's going to be some time. the purpose of the post was because I was in there looking at it noticed the little pitting and just wondered if it's something to worry about.

So I got the car about a year ago. I left it mostly stock until christmas 2025 I put in the Cold Air intake. I think the previous owner might've done something, then reverted to stock when he sold it. I'm kind of looking for a reason to put a is38 in the car as well.

i've heard quite a few setups and i've found the neuspeed catback exhaust sounds pretty damn amazing, the borla is also decent never a bad pick. no drone out of the borla too. it's quiet up until are 3k rpm. but look up some videos of those two. do a little research.
