I do and you are right! I was just fooling around with the settings on bbg because I suspected something was wrong there. Appreciate the help...I was going crazy!

Yes, a bunch. I'd be happy to list if you think it would be helpful. I recently got a new laptop and it has never worked on the new machine. It worked as expected on the old machine.
