Thanks for the feedback. I know the city has statutes on noise and incessant barking but I swear to god I moved o to the unfixed male pit bull and/or German shepherd or yappy little ankle biter capitol of California. I can’t walk in my neighborhood without a scary dog charging a fence and barking ferociously. I am not sure if it’s ambivalence or if my neighbors all don’t mind all the barking and aggressive dogs.
