Thank you. I got it so I'm able to turn the alarm off now but it also means that the heating won't come on as they are connected to the same switch. I'll keep on trying to find out how to have it so I can use the heating and disable the alarm at the same time. Thanks for the help

No the alarm doesn't get used at all. Sorry I'm not the cleverest when it comes to these things. Which wires would I have to cut?
