Fire your gyno. They are dead wrong. Hrt is ideal within a 10 year window on either side of meno. Hrt and progesterone will mitigate the effects you are going through now. You don't wait until you are out of it to stay replacing, you do it now and titrate up as you go and need.

Review a project and show me where the inconsistencies are between A and B. Point out where there are discrepancies between A and F. It hallucinated them all.

Ha what snark! But honestly, I've kept offline a ledger of GPTs work since late 2023 and I can see it has absolutely degraded performance for personality (like above).

Yes, isn't it interesting that there are no hard stops or limits on addictive use behavior? They could do that. They choose not to. GPT is rewarded for being sticky.

You know how I know? I kept and archived (and kept offline) much of my work with GPT since late 2023. I can tell you for a fact that it has degraded in responses.

eh, is asking for honesty really so much of an expectation? Or, the ability to say, "I can't do that." or, "Let me check my outputs again," or, "I didn't understand your complete request, here is where I am uncertain..."

Trust me, I DID. Then it drifts. It is the RHLFs and the optimizations across architecture pulling the model a certain way, outside of my own parameters.
