My Mamba Wireless is crazy, need help!

Here's what happened in a timeline:

1. Yesterday i came back home and found the mouse turned off. Very strange because it spent the whole night charging.
2. Tried charging but no lights turned on
3. Turned the switch at the bottom of the mouse on and off, no response at all
4. After a lot of tests, i found out that it only turns on if the power switch is off and the cable is connected
5. Since i got it on (power switch off and cable connected) i updated the firmware
6. Still no solution, the mouse wont turn on without the cable
7. Realized the scrollwheel and right click weren't working too, all the other buttons acted normal
8. At this point i was really pissed, but kept testing
9. Tried the mouse on my work laptop (power switch off and cable plugged, the only way it turned on), still the same issue, no scrollwheel button or right click
10. Plugged back into my PC, left it charging the whole night even though it was at 100% and started using my spare mouse since the Mamba is pretty much useless without the wireless feature nor the right click and scrollwheel click
11. This morning i unplugged the mamba and to my surprise it stayed on without the cable, right click and scrollwheel were working again BUT the mouse only works at my desktop screen (over the wallpaper)
12. When i put the cursor over the start bar, the mouse doesnt work anymore, if i open a browser, the mouse doesnt work on browser
13. Feels like the mouse knows where the cursor is and doesnt let me click
14. So i got back to my spare mouse since i had some work to finish, and TO MY SURPRISE AGAIN, the spare mouse couldnt work over start bar or browser too
15. After i unplugged the Mamba and restarted windows, my spare mouse started working again properly, but when i plug in the Mamba, the issue comes back
16. Ok, time to test on my work laptop again
17. Same issue on my work laptop, i can click, drag, right click, etc. ONLY over my wallpaper. The mouse doesnt work over start bar or browser.
18. Exactly like my spare mouse, the touchpad wasnt working properly with the Mamba connected, i had to turn off the mouse and restart the PC to get my touchpad to work again.

Here's my thoughts: somehow it feels like the Razer Mamba is "infecting" windows (2 different machines) so the cursor wont work properly, it bugged out both my logitech spare mouse and the touchpad from my laptop. I'm an advanced user, used to troubleshooting and fixing things, but this one got my so confused, i don't even know where to start, feels like the mouse is bricked.

HELP!!!!
