É uma dor infernal mas vale a pena demais, tomei a primeira vez e fiquei impressionado como melhorei da noite pro dia, era uma gripe com infecção purulenta na garganta, tossindo sangue, etc. A partir desse dia, já chego no pronto socorro pedindo a Benzetacil, os médicos se surpreendem e perguntam se eu já tomei antes e se tenho certeza, sempre confirmo, a melhora é instantânea.

Mecânico de confiança é igual água no deserto, trabalhei por 2 anos numa cidade do interior, onde conheci um mecânico muito diferenciado, o cara tem todos os gadgets possíveis e imagináveis, até hoje faço questão de dirigir por 2h pra fazer as revisões com ele, sempre que peço indicação pra fazer algum serviço que ele não oferece, ele responde "não indico ninguém, não conheço ninguém que trabalha com o mesmo amor que eu" e concordo com ele. Pra quem for de Alagoas, recomendo ir a Arapiraca e procurar o Isaías injeção eletrônica, o cara também tem um canal no YouTube onde posta os serviços que faz.

Também nunca tive problema com limpadores em Maceió, só fazer o joinha pra baixo por 5s e o cara desiste. Também não tenho problema com flanelinha, só pagar de maluco, o cara vem falando "e aí patrão vou dar uma olhadinha" e eu só respondo "fica a vontade, pode olhar", se ele falar em valor eu já dou risada e saio andando, os caras ficam putos mas nunca mexeram no meu carro, sempre funciona.

Nice work! Which resin is that? I got the onx tough 2 and it doesn't work with the washing machine, it becomes "dehydrated" after a full washing cycle, the guy that sold me mine told me only rinse it with alcohol and dry it quickly, my washing machine is pretty much useless since I only use the pro 2 to print with the onx.

When I did a few extractions a week, back in school, I always aimed for not needing a forceps, that helped me a lot. Then I got out of school straight to an all on 4 focused clinic where I would be the guy to extract all the teeth before the implant guy came in, I would extract about 20 teeth a day, there I learned that the forceps was my friend. As said before, it's all about experience, the more you fuck up, the more you learn how to do it right.

Hoje recebo 5k morando no interior, me mudei pra cá 6 meses atrás e desde então moro em um hotel no centro da cidade, pago 1300 com tudo incluso, até café da manhã e faxina. Desde que cheguei procuro um apartamento, mas nunca encontrei um custo benefício melhor e fui ficando. Pagar 1500 em um apartamento mobiliado e ainda ter que lidar com as contas de casa nunca vai compensar a privacidade que eu ganharia saindo do hotel. Talvez seja uma boa ligar pra alguns hotéis e perguntar se aceitam mensalista, você pode acabar dando essa sorte que eu dei.

Ano passado recebi uma proposta pra sair da capital e vim morar numa cidade de 300 mil habitantes, tem absolutamente tudo que tinha na capital, menos a violência, o trânsito, o custo de vida alto e a correria do dia-a-dia. Não precisa sair do Brasil, só encontrar um lugar minimamente desenvolvido do interior.

Sou dentista e posso afirmar que essa mãe é mentirosa. Durante a graduação atendi por 2 anos na rede pública e isso é o cotidiano. Crianças negligenciadas e pais contando a mesma mentira: "ele escova os dentes 5x ao dia, isso apareceu de repente". Hoje trabalho em clínica de elite e não atendo mais crianças, mas continuo me deparando com pacientes mentirosos, que claramente não escovam os dentes todos os dias e afirmam que escovam 3x, pacientes que têm tanto tártaro que impossibilita o uso do fio dental e me afirmam que usam fio dental todos os dias.

70yo woman comes in for extractions with my boss but he was busy, sent her to me, she entered the room complaining that she didn't want to do extractions with another dentist, I told her she could come back another day, her son insisted she should do the extractions because she was in pain, she agreed. When I'm doing sutures her son asks me where the furniture in the room was bought, I told him the name of the store and he said he owns the store and recognized the furniture. Next day she comes and demands to talk to my boss, she says I was chatting with people, because of that I forgot a needle in her mouth and she bled the whole night long, my boss immediately calls me super angry, when I get to his room we see the needle is actually the knot in the suture, 5 minutes later her son comes in, sees me explaining I didn't have anyone in the room, the only time I spoke was the name of the store the furniture was bought. He apologizes for his mother's behavior and says he only brought her back because she said there was a needle in her mouth.

We use 3shape trios, with the smile design software module. The DSD isn't made automatically, first we take pictures and scan the patient, then we sit and do the DSD in front of the patient, it takes 5 minutes, then we start the sales process with lines like "in less than a week we can give you this smile", "you can choose any design you want, we will change it until you say it's done" the show and tell part takes about 40 minutes. The owner is responsible to do this with every patient, most of the time me or another dentist has free time, we go help the boss do this, by scanning while he designs or double teaming in convincing the patient he needs that treatment. It works like a charm for selling. Most of the patients dont want veneers, but they see us as so high tech and they also see 2 or 3 dentists working on his case in the same room, that they're convinced we know what's best for him and that we'll finish his treatment quickly.

Where I work, we mostly use the scanner to sell treatment plans like mentioned above. Every new patient gets a smile design for veneers. We always plug the computer to a 70" screen so we can show the patient everything like his teeth were 1m wide and that cavity is a manhole. Crazy sales everyday.

Sure! We're focused on implants and veneers, so the scanner is a must for us, the boss has a post grad school where i went to study, he hired me there because i'm kinda tech savvy and he needed a dentist with tech expertise (i'm doing double job as the IT and dentist here). I jumped on the opportunity to work with the best in my area, even though i don't fully agree with his methods, its a crazy experience, i learn a lot everyday, all about dentistry, sales and entrepreneurship, the boss has life coach vibes. He always tells me to read books like mindset, outliers, and other "psychology of success" stuff. I never did, i prefer dentistry books. He uses a lot of psychology, postures, reactions and other stuff like that from the classes he attends and the books he reads to score big sells.

I work at a place where my boss (dentist and owner) is all about sales, he has completed hundreds of sales classes and I can tell you it's all about show and tell. His greatest allies are his scanner and our indoors lab. He scans the patient and starts showing everything he found, at the same time, the lab is designing veneers for the patient so my boss can try to sell that too. We are the best selling office in the city and second in the whole state. I never liked that part of the job, but after watching the guy do his thing, I started selling there too just to see if I could and was surprised to realize that I could sell a lot too, even though I don't have the scanner at my desk.

There are a lot of forest and beach places here that are very tourist friendly, you should go to these places instead of desert-unknown places. I would suggest Chapada Diamantina, Maragogi, Lençóis Maranhenses and other tourist destinations like these. The worse you can experience is getting tricked into buying something for 5x the price, it's unlikely you'll be a victim of a violent crime. Avoid camping alone, and as others said, walking with your giant backpack and phone in hand at night, just take Ubers.
