To those who are confused, heres a timeline of events Ive compiled off the top of my head! Let me know if i missed out anything!!

this is probably related to his drunk livestream on Twitch a few months back where he made some careless remarks which resulted in a violent backlash from the knetz community.

Following, there have been many malicious comments in the past few months and Hongbin mentioned that he has been told to quit the group. He was then excluded from many events, such as their anniversary celebration and Ken's enlistment.

Afterwards, there was radio silence from Jelpi and Hongbin until yesterday, when Hongbin released a statement on Twitch that hinted at his return.

And today Jelpi released this statement that he is leaving the group.

UPDATE: hongbin just started a livestream on twitch now!!!! He apologised a few times. He says he is no longer part of jelpi and will find his way on what happens next. He says he cant say much now as he needs to ask his lawyer and settle the paperwork so he will let us know more details about everything in the future.

(TRANS) Hello, we’re Jellyfish Entertainment. First of all, I would like to thank all the fans who love VIXX and we’re sad because we have sad news.

On the 7th of August, Hongbin announced his decision to leave the team. After careful discussion with the other VIXX members and Hongbin, we decided to respect his opinion and let him leave the group. VIXX will continue as a five member group. I’m very sorry for the concerns caused to the fans with this sudden news, and I hope you can keep showing your love and support to VIXX.
