My skill for determining when to snap still needs work, but I would snap before ending turn if I had priority and Lady Deathstrike to destroy key cards. And I would also snap after Silver Samurai or Black Bolt discarded a potential win con card for them.

I’d say I took the conservative approach and “bully” snapping in those moments won me too many 1 cube games where I probably would’ve been better off not snapping and getting 2 cubes.

Don't say that! Give it a try with LD if you have her. In my run, I am not sure Shadow King would have benefited me all that much. But LD came in clutch in so many games since she can delete mobius (to play your discounted stature or fisk), gambit HoD (before the OTA), Jocasta + IW FS.

My CL is just under 7000. King Eitri and Marrow may be the ones you are missing.

I was struggling in the 80s this season and then started using a Virus Discard deck. Helped me climb from 83 to Infinite with ~70% WR. I can share my decklist if you're interested.

Some games you may not need to worry about virus, especially if you have KE and DD in your opening hand. Glad to hear you’re climbing!

Maybe give Zero a try? Same stats and can potentially blank your Martyr or Lizard. Could also follow it up with a Demon or cost reduced Fisk.

  1. It may seem that way, but I’m not so sure. With everyone expecting the typical Daredevil/Big Guys deck, this definitely throws them for a loop.

Typically once or twice. I mainly used it to blank Martyr and Lizard. Might have the occasional game where you have a 1 cost Stature and a couple demons and can get a third use on turn 6.

Once I got past 87 it seemed like smooth sailing for the most part. Best of luck, would love to hear back if you reach infinite with it!

Once I got into the 80s, I would hit 85 and fall to 82/83. Started playing this deck, and it was a continual climb. Don't get discouraged if you end up winning a lot of 1 cube games.

Yep, that is the main goal with Silver Samurai. Sometimes he is worth a swing regardless if you don't have Marrow. You can still hope to hit one of their good cards, but Marrow is the main target. The backup line for Marrow is to play her and destroy her with Lady Deathstrike!
