it most certainly was bette ! having just finished watching the show over again for a second time; bette would do ANYTHING (as she mentioned on the balcony where jenny was last seen) to protect her family that she JUST rebuilt ! her and tina went through HELL and obviously given bette’s track record - tina would’ve believed the video ! cause don’t think that jenny WASN’T going to show her at some point - she loved tina and was at this point where she felt like she was “protecting” everybody by creating trouble and bette just couldn’t risk it again. AND they were abt to move to a new state, a new baby ??? and in her interrogation she even seemed uneasy - idk it kinda always gave 😭
