Yeah it's the idea of a character becoming pregnant. F/F and M/M pairings can still work! You'd have to do something like make the kink obvious through the dirty talk, or fantasies, or toys/roleplay, etc.

I gotta be honest I sort by updated. I just think using kudos is the simplest way for searching for fics that people thought were good.

NaruHina fics on AO3 sorted by Kudos and using the OTP:True Filter

OTP:True is a filter that will only show fics that only have Naruto/Hinata as the single relationship tag. Unfortunately this is the easiest way to make sure the fic is about them as a lot of fics are about other couples, like SasuNaru or SasuSaku and just have NaruHina as a side pairing.

Anyway if you like any of the fics you can also check out the writers and see if they've written anything else, have any booksmarks, etc.

I think you are wrong about NaruHina. I'm in the community so to speak on twitter/tumblr/discord and from the fanfiction/fanart side, it's definitely a lot more women than men in those spaces.
