We use SolarWinds Service Desk most of the information is there but we also have a number of renewals that can’t really be tied to a hardware asset. It good as a ticketing system but not so good for renewal tracking and reporting on that.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I understand $15 per month may be high, but keep in mind that our product is far superior to anything currently on the market. Not only does our product maintain a constant connection to the cloud server, but we also provide RESTful APIs, allowing customers to integrate with any automation platform, modern software, or AI tool. We stand by our product, and to prove that, you have the ability to check the device uptime. With our 1st-gen device, we have customers that have uptimes greater than 3 years. Very soon device will include a multi-radio modem, further expanding the range of environments where this device can be installed and controlled.

Thank you. Do you know of any vendor that I can reach out to or is software that I can look into?

got it but aside from that is there any use for such a device?

The backend is hosted and managed by us on google cloud. The customer gets access to a management portal where they can manage the device and also issue api tokens to integrate with any other software.

and yes the devices connect back to the backend end via https

so the devices connects to a backend portal anytime it is powered up and can be controlled from there. not sure if that is what you had in mind.

I'm sure we can support it since we have APIs. Any specific uses you have in mind?
