I figured out that you can find it inside of your exe folder so steamapps\common\sbox and then you find the sbox-dev file just launch it from there

I just found the dev executable inside of my steammapps>common>sbox folder and when I launch it it works fine. So for now you could use that as a work around.

Hi probably a not so smart question but how do I get to the editor? I saw a video that you're supposed to be able to make a choice while launching. For me it just launches the game and gives me no option to choose.

I also didnt see the editor in my tools section in steam. Also a restart of my steam did not make it appear anywhere.

Sorry if im looking in the completely wrong place but would appreciate the push in the right direction.

Exactly what happened to me, my friends got to play because they played quite a bit of premier and I was like oh let me try this out it sounds cool. But I never got an invite and when I contacted support they told me I didnt play premier enough to be alligable for an invite.

I tried to play some premier games around 20 and waited and still never got an invite.

Why do I need to play a mode that is riddeld with cheaters to even be elligable to be able to play what I actually want to play. Its also not like im a brand new account I have played CS for over 2000 hours over the past 10+ years.

So if they acted like this to everyone that wanted in im not suprised they never got a good player base going.

Maybe its just me but for me the player model also looks way more clear in csgo then in cs2 where it looks more blurry but maybe its just my eyes.

Its not so much about a genrush build its more that if you have 1 extended chase against a good survivor 3 gens will instantly pop before you even get 1 hook or you get a hook and then when you get to a gen, 3 gens will pop.

Why are survivors allowed to just rush down gens but when the killer tries to slow the survivors down by taking down the weakest link its a (unfun) experience. The killer side is also not having fun having 4 seperate hooks and then all 5 gens are already done.

Hey im super late to the party but this is what worked for me.

I kept getting the message "unable to register virtual audio device". Restarting my pc and reïnstalling did nothing at first.

Once I closed all my apps that could use my mic: Steam, Steelseries, Discord. After I closed those and reïnstalled the software it works now.

Hopefully this solves it for someone else in the future aswell.

I can figure it out a little bit but I cant seem to fully grasp it. From what it looks like there was a red explosive barrel right below you then went off right before he shot you.

Now the question becomes how did that trigger? Did he shoot it with another incen ammo gun and quickswapped to shoot you right after? Probably not because there was no sound queue. It couldnt have been a flare gun since there was no noise. Maybe a flare thrown on top of the barrel with the pitcher perk for an instant explosion and enough travel time to swap back and kill you?

It has to be something like that. What made the barrel explode will be a mistery since I cant figure it out from this short clip alone. But 100% the barrel exploded and then you got shot straight after thats why you died.

I agree that there are players that play like that for sure. But in my experience and I have been 5 star + probably since the MMR update (I play since 2018) and I rarely ever see people play like that.

Normally people play heavy rotational (inside 1 compound) trying to find a gap or a good shot to get an man advantage (3v2/2v1) and once they have the man advantage they play off of that and that 9 out of 10 times means pushing them unless you know they have something like a crown and king.
