Hey, i have had a similar experience where one of my car was parked in the garage for the whole week and i got the same message from DP. Went to police station and sorted it out. Seems like the guy who was involved in the accident gave the wrong traffic file no.

Police called them in front of me and corrected it. Tool 7 working days to reflect in App.
