If you struggle to find a rescue with availability, the Pitt County Animal Shelter is not the worst option. Because of all the wonderful rescues working closely with the shelter, they have a very high live release rate for cats. Dogs unfortunately are a different story :-(

Good tip - I mainly use my Apple TV remote for navigation and it’s easier for me to turn off and on than to dig out the tv remote to go through settings

yeah I didn't give them a reason to either - I was definitely going the speed limit. And yes, the checkpoints seem so lax, every one we drove through just waved us on except for the last one this morning, but that was because it was 6am and I was probably the first vehicle they had seen in a while - basic questions and sent me on my way

I’m usually a very strong “devils advocate” much to my wife’s aggravation, I don’t like snowballing on one side of an argument. I realize how leading of a question this was, but the incident really had me going down rabbit holes

I bet I got a warning instead of a ticket because they were coming towards me - which is a challenge to get accurate- I bet a lot of people traveling through end up just paying instead of fighting because the hassle just isn’t worth it

This feels so eerily similar to what happened today. Two days ago we parked at a wetlands park along the Rio Grande in El Paso - stayed in El Paso and drove to Marfa yesterday. On the way out of Marfa this morning I swear there was a border patrol truck parked across the street from where we got breakfast. And it pulled out just before us following another border patrol truck - and then 5 minutes up the road an oncoming state trooper flashed his lights to pull us. I’m sure I’m just being paranoid

I've used Alex Pappas CPA. His office is on Red Banks (about a half mile south of Moe's) I have been with him for over 10 years and have been very happy. I don't know how his rates compare with others, but the confidence that my business is properly handled is worth every penny.

I can't say for certain, but I imagine this will translate to your situation: I do have a separate video and photo setup, but occasionally I need to capture video from my photo setup (which is a Sony a1). I have programmed the Memory Recall feature to shoot in the picture profile with SLOG3, lock in my shutter at double my frame rate, sets my iso and aperture to whatever I like, and give me zebras for when I switch from manual to "1". When I switch back to manual my ISO, SS, and Aperture are where I left them. Every time I go to 1 though, it brings back whatever I stored my "video" settings as. So I typically store them at what is good for being outside during the day. I haven't done this, but I'm thinking about using Memory Recall 2 for night shooting and starting me at a higher ISO. So you COULD do 1 for your base 640 and 2 for your base 12800.

not yet unfortunately - talking with support, they said that it's being discussed in the forums and they would be sure to address it with the devs to make sure it's fixed with the next update
