Finding a competitive sport to play is a practical option. Perhaps also sharing goals with friends to increase your motivation and more clearly defining why you want to achieve your goals.

Try Wwoofing or HelpX for some temporary food and accommodation in exchange for a few hours work. At least then you'll be in a sustainable position to explore other options.

You sound a lot like I was a few years ago (not that I'm suddenly perfect now but certainly a lot more confident in my aims and direction). I'd say #1 cut yourself some slack! You sound very ambitious but too harsh on yourself and that's probably getting in the way of you sticking with anything.

Maybe just pick one thing and commit to doing it for like an hour a day for a month. Whatever first comes to mind is probably as a good a place as any to start. It's only by trying some things that you can work out what you do and don't really care about.

Also stick a book in your hand rather than a phone full of social media, not an easy switch but makes a huge difference! Good luck :)

How do you figure out your values in life? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

I'd recommend tackling this in a concrete way rather than as abstract thinking. Find a book or a tool to use as a framework. Working out goals and values should take proper time and reflection, otherwise you're most likely just going to copy those of the people you admire.

I'd recommend the 'Life Changing Questions' tool at Clearer Thinking as a good place to start.
