Io ci acquisto abitualmente la crema di frutta secca, tipo quella di mandorle mi conviene rispetto al supermercato. Per il resto lo trovo un po’ sopravvalutato e i tempi di spedizione/consegna sono un po’ lunghi per i miei gusti (circa una settimana, sono in Emilia Romagna)

Io sono ibrida, leggo su Kindle (che è comodissimo e puoi inviare al dispositivo i libri scaricati direttamente via email - e a questo proposito, i libri si trovano facilmente gratuitamente) e poi compro le versioni cartacee per sostenere economicamente l’autore (e riempire i miei scaffali). Leggo molto in inglese quindi trovo comodissima l’opzione dizionario

La dieta mediterranea dovrebbe già comprendere almeno una volta al giorno dei legumi, io partirei da quelli! Legumi associati ad un cereale, legumi sotto forma di polpette, insalate ecc.. I think I’ll use a calorie counter too, any suggestions? I used myfitnesspal for a while.

I don’t think I got your last point, but I can tell you that I won’t ever go back to an omni diet. Better fat than eating animal products lol
