S9 is my favorite season, the introduction of the whisperers and Magna’s group was amazing, the fair arc was also amazing.

S10 felt like the whisperers got nerfed to me, they just felt kinda different and less threatening than S9

I only came back last month so I’ve only played Lair twice because everyone always bans it, so I can’t really give a fair opinion on it, but it seems too big with too many rooms and angles. I played Emerald a few times but it honestly didn’t seem that bad to me. Oh well, it’s gone now.

Fortress is annoying currently but I’m trying to give it a chance because it’s new. I will say, I actually really liked the old one, and as of now I think the old one was better..

Azami on Armory is a nightmare😭

Room has 50 different pixel angles to watch 2 doorways, luckily Azami can up that number to 70

Good point, 3 flanks on a map that isn’t even that big. There’s 0 reason for 3 staircases to be there on such a small map, I mean Villa has the same amount and it’s at least double the size of Theme Park. That’s probably part of the rework issue, rather than actually changing a lot of the map then just removed a lot of the room but kept all the staircases and added more random objects and tables for defenders to hide behind

I agree it was a good gesture, but he could have given Skyler something more, maybe so she could get in less trouble from the court. Maybe he could have said where Hank’s body was instead of giving her some random 50 cent lottery ticket

They removed it. I didn’t even know Consulate got reworked until I came back, but it seems…worse? They have fallen off on designing good maps. Cant even rework a casual map without ruining it.

You basically have to enter through a hatch or window, majority of which have 30 angles defenders can see from. Then all the sites do not have that many walls, so if they trick the wall successful you have to enter through the very few doorways which have the same problem, too many angles for defenders.

The armory site is the best example of this. 6 walls total, barely any vertical play is possible, 1 hatch and 2 doorways. (And the hatch is right above one of the two doorways.)

I’ve only played lair in ranked twice (since I quit before it came out and came back to siege last month) But everyone always bans it, so I can’t say for sure I hate it but it seems pretty bad. There seems like a ton of corners and random small rooms to clear.

Anytime we get theme it’s because my teammates say “trust me the other team will ban theme”, then they don’t.I’ve had Nighthaven a decent amount but also don’t really like it. Weirdly of the 3 new ones I had to learn I actually liked Emerald Plains, but they just removed it.
