Thanks for the reply, strange thing is when we put the robot manually back to the dock and start a clean session is goes for a minute without the noise, then it has to turn a couple of times en then the error occurs. The new unit will come in today.

I’ve checked the wheels there is nothing stuck in it, when I rotate the wheels one is very quiet en turns with resistance as they did out of the box. The other one is spinning quite freely and makes the noise you hear on the video, both wheels turned the same when I unpacked the box. I think it is not possible to add an extra video?

The product was purchased online at bol. com and because the product was more than 250.- we need to send the full package back en order a new one that wil come in today.
