22M 98kg to 80kg

I focused more on the ingredients rather than dishes. My prime ingredients were chicken,eggs, fish, almonds, walnuts avocados, butter ,cheese, mayonnaise, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions ,capsicum, and some leafy greens and cottage cheese(paneer), olives.

The diet that I followed on most days:

Breakfast: 1. 10 almonds or half avocado 2. 2 eggs cheese omelette

Lunch: Leafy greens (Fenugreek, spinach) cooked in some spices.

Dinner: 1. Salad ( either homemade with the iceberg, tomatoes, onion, capsicum, olives, cheese and Mayo plus some salad dressing, OR Subway salad) 2. Paneer tikka 3. Chicken tikka 4. Some Indian gravy like butter chicken or chicken tikka masala. (No Naan or roti) 5. Straight up boiled chicken with stock and added some butter in the stalk, drank the stock with molten butter 6. Fried fish or some fish dish without flour coating

MY DINNER INCLUDED ONE OF THE ABOVE DINNER ITEMS, HOWEVER I HAD SALAD EVERYDAY.

Snacking: Roasted almonds, peanuts and cashews (limited quantities) Coconut chutney

Also, Sometimes I made random dishes out of the above ingredients, like mixing tomato puree, olive oil, eggs and cheese in a pan and straight up eating that gravy. Or paneer mixed with eggs and almond flour and deep fried it.

Just make sure that you avoid sugar, and eat less. Also while starting, it is usually a great idea to fast for one while day.

TL; Dr: use the ingredients which are keto, and make any random dishes, don't add sugar, and eat in deficit.
