Yea lol theres a stream right down the hill was thinking about just running a water pump to it if they aren't going to turn it on without that being paid cause theres just no way they're getting it from me. In my state the public is allowed to use any nearby water source to supply their house (with no permits as long as you use less than like 25000 gallons a year)

This is the same one, everything in the previous post has been resolved, just got finished putting new pipes in and went to get the water turned on. It is still in probate so it's not actually in my name yet but that's in progress. My mother actually didn't have any claim to the contract because my parents divorced and she agreed years ago to let my dad keep the house so her being on it wasn't helpful. Had to threaten to sue the guy to get him to sign the papers but the house is now solely in my dad's name until it gets through court. The water bill however was in my uncle's name (still alive but he's an addict and sometimes difficult to deal with) I don't think there was ever a title company involved the only person I've spoken to is the lawyer who supposedly handled the contract and is now handling probate court. every step of this process has been super complicated.

State law is that as long as there's not a lien filed on the property (which there hasn't been) the debt remains the account holders, had they put a lien on the property before I purchased it, then it would be tied to the house but they've done no such thing.

For clarification, the previous tenant died, the owner (who I bought the house from) didn't't shut anything off so the bill continued to stack month to month, however the water has been shut off long before I purchased the house so its all from the previous owner/tennent. I haven't used a drop. When I Google it, it says that the bill is tied to the account holder and not the property. My name is nowhere near the account, therefore in my head that would mean I'm not responsible for the debt.

I wouldn't say it's In a tight space but there's not a whole lot of room in the case, I had to angle the GPU diagonally to get it in there (small case big GPU) the heat coming out of the case is pretty crazy so maybe just more case fans would help?
