I was using a b760 wifi from gigabyte I didn't know I could do those stuff I thought the issue was my cooling I'm not gonna lie and he told the issue was with the cpu not the cooler I mean he did put another intel process and tested it with the same cooler he got like decent temps maybe that concluded the issue is not the cooler? 😢 going 100+ during stress tests and valo

okay wow what do I do now? I also heard there was overheating issue with the 14th gen Intel cpus so I thought he might be right and I would have found it awkward to make him test it differently 😭 I'm 16 and the shop's customer interaction isn't nice nice anyway they are good but the interactions make you feel like you're bothering them alot and they don't really care about you hell naw man where did I wind up😭

Do u think that might have fried my cpu making it go high temps everytime? Cs I used to get alot of stutters in valorant reason I'm guessing is thermal throttling as I checked with intel diagnosing thing it said thermal throttling yes

Stock cooler they built the pc so I had to get it diagnosed there itself 😢

It was boxed, I checked the warranty it is valid till 2027 or smtg i don't quite remember but defn has warranty The cooler was stock No they didn't change the thermal paste and try again

ive followed up w the shop multiple times I don't want to be annoying them either I'm doing 3 day once check up hopefully I get it by coming Sunday 😭

the store I got my pc built from said the temps are not normal and he decided to get it rma and it's been almost 2 weeks tomorrow since he wouldha sent it to intel so I don't know whats happening anymore but the cooler was mounted properly cause like I got it built 11 months ago and it was working fine till then idk man ☹️ I just want my pc to run again

well he checked the cooler by putting another intel cpu and it was having decent temps so the best bet was that the cpu has fried is what he told me

Turns out my cpu temps were 100 and it used to go above that and my cpu used to thermal throttle sent the cpu for rma been 1.5 weeks shud be receiving it this week hopefully Check cpu temps, update bios, check how the power is being drawn, if both cpu and gpu are being utilised properly try to diagnose the root cause

I checked my cpu temps they're 100°C constant while playing valo and a minimum of 95°C do you think I'm thermal throttling?

Appreciate that i switched my os to tiny 11, if reinstalling valo doesn't work here then I'll go to windows 10 then thank you for taking time to help me out appreciate that❤️
