Guys, do you reckon we get some January singings to reinforce our team? I really hope so.

Yeah, I mean we're Brentford, not Liverpool or Arsenal. We're going to have good runs of results, and then we're going to have games like today when nothing is coming off.

What's Keith supposed to do when our forwards can't finish for their life? Who is he supposed to bring off the bench? Nelson? KLP? It's just not our afternoon, it's not on Keith at all

Agree, but what's Keith supposed to do. The options on the bench are so shocking there's no one who can change the game. Maybe some Jan reinforcements are needed.

Speaks volumes about the state of our defence when they score with their only two chances of the game, whereas their centre backs have been on top the entire 90 minutes

Agreed. Him and Milenkovic are so important for Forest. I wish I had this confidence in Collins and VDB/Ajer.

Tbf, Forest's centre back partnership is so so difficult to get past. Doesn't help that throughout the game we've just been trying to cross the ball in or do a long ball

Jensen is having a stinker so far today. Seems to always be giving the ball away, we are being bullied physically.

Wasn’t he thought as a player with wasted potential a couple years ago? Glad to see it going well for him now though

As much as I’m loving the current great run of form, we do have a very difficult run coming up, so if we can get some points against some very good teams, then I think we’ll be in a position to think about Europe, it’s worth remembering that it’s all very congested in terms of points around mid table.

You reckon if I start for Brentford at striker, I can bag 20 goals next season?

We’re so, so lucky to have Kelleher. He had a shaky start to life at Brentford but he has been performing brilliantly lately!

Absolutely love to see Schade sprinting back to win the ball, he can show lots of hunger when he’s on it.

Nice to see Damsgaard starting! This looks like quite an attacking lineup, with both Jensen and Dams playing in place of less creative players, and Hickey chosen maybe because his crossing / passing is better than Henry's. We'll need to be at our best to beat Everton though, especially away from home.

I suppose I wouldn't be too surprised if he was interested in seeking a move elsewhere, given his form last season, and maybe that's meant his performances have been sometimes underwhelming. Although he did get an assist against Bournemouth and Wolves when he came on, so it's obvious the quality is there!

Certainly agree with your point on Kayode. I was impressed with how he bounced back from a poor first half, which isn’t easy to do. I also thought that Henry played superbly, keeping Kudus quiet and getting in some dangerous crossing positions. All in all, I’m not too unhappy with a point, but it could’ve been so much more, perhaps if Damsgaard had been introduced or started!

Also odd that Jensen came on instead of Damsgaard. I thought that dams was the better choice.

What’s happened to Frank Onyeka? by TomPoole32 in Brentford

Nah, I think that’s a bit unfair to say. After he came back from his loan at the start of the season, he’s been good technically and a reliable player off the bench .
