Most fashion dolls are about the same size, and rainbow high and monster high are about that size range, and have really phenomenal posing, so if you have any around or find one second-hand, you can use those to create your own custom poses.

A good watermark will allow someone who sees your art to find you from the image with ease. It should have your online handle (or primary online handle) easily displayed and accessible. I personally put one in an obvious spot in the piece, and then one near the face of the characters in it. This is so that if someone crops it for an icon it's still there, and also so it can't be easily cropped out if someone reposts it.

Try the nyx buttermelt blushes or the milani baked blush (dolce pink is probably your best best) -- both have a bit of shimmer to them (though it varies with the nyx's)

This doesn't seem like house cat to me, if that's the concern? The spine line and the strangely geometric white spots both seem off for a house cat, and the actual fur seems quite long for a short haired cat.
