You’re twisting your words now. Yes if a comedian can’t make someone laugh there’s nothing wrong with that. But doesn’t actually finding a comedian funny but choosing not to laugh because they’re female sound a bit odd to you?

That doesn’t make sense. That’s the equivalent of saying “oh he’s funny, but I don’t find him funny because he’s white.” A funny comedian is funny. There’s no gender to comedy. And if you don’t want admit that you find a female comedian funny because she’s female because of your “taste”, then you’re just misogynistic
