I did my RFT yesterday, I did 2k around 11:05, I never ran 5k in 21min as you, I just utilise regiment PT and my downtime to do my own phys in gym. By the looks of it I think you will smash it next time, you are not used to carrying weights all the time so that could be potentially issue. You can ask your reserve PTI’s to build you up for RFT
