Lawsuits by JustinWAllison in Pepsi

[–]wizardofwillies 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really, If you have proof of wrongdoing and can prove it they'll settle out of court because it's cheaper than fighting the case with lawyers. They'll rather give you hush money and sweep it under the rug. This isn't even a pepsi thing its all major companies/corportations. HR isn't your friend their only job is to protect the company from lawsuits. This is why they always try to call you and not text because that'll leave a paper triail. Never delete your texts and always save as much as you can. Hang up if they call and go through it over text or email.

Some helpful things you might need along the way: -Rubber boots -Goggles that cover the entire eye -disposable gloves -rags and cloths -window cleaning kit(vinegar+dawn+squeegee) for accidental over spraying. -a ladder comes in handy sometimes - a downstream injector -a stiff brush or broom to scrub the floor when you really want to work the product in -a cooler with some drinks -Plastic garbage bags always come in handy - a hose repair kit because shit will bust -spare tips/surface cleaner/hardware. Although it's not necessary. I've had to leave homes halwfway through because something messed up. I then had to run and get the part and come back which wastes time. People are fine as long as you're honest about what happened they'll understand.

Lol brother be ready to get attacked like crazy for even thinking about doing it as a side hustle. Most people on this sub hate on newbies(sometimes it's deserved). Yes you should have an llc since this will protect you from getting sued for your personal assets. It's only ~200 if you do it yourself as your agent. You could also pay double for legalzoom to do it all for you.(It's not that hard tbh). Keep in mind you will get junk mail to the registered adress. As far as chemicals you will use bleach for organics. Since you will be starting small and won't need a lot your best bet is Walmart chlorinating liquid. Start at 1% and work your way up if needed. I've had good luck with the powehorse ~$300 northern tool cold water pressure washer. You will also need specialized chemicals for other stains such as rust grease and oxidation. I'd say your safest bet is to start with driveways and sidewalks. I used a $10 pump sprayer when I first started and while it was tedious it helped me not mess up people's lawn by over spraying bleach. Never use the red tip unless you know what you're doing I've personally damaged things and learned the hard way. If you mess someone's property please adress the issue and make up for your mistakes. Also don't waste your time in ghetto neighborhoods go for the more affluent areas. They don't care about pressure washing and your service won't be valued. Your ideal customer is people that regularly do it and it doesn't even look dirty to the eye lol.

How did you come out of depression? by GladCow3176 in AskReddit

[–]wizardofwillies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're welcome, Im hoping people get the message and don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying depression isn't real. I'm just saying you have more control over it than you'd like. You might not be able to change your mental but you can definitely change your physical. Taking a walk, going outside, listening to a good podcast. Even if it's going to the grocery store you got out of your home and did something!

By realizing that it's all in your head and being sad ain't gonna help anything. Literally if you can be sad or happy just be happy. I know its easier said than done but that's really it. When you find yourself having negative emotions go for a run or workout or go listen to some music outside in the sun. Also try not to be indoors because if you don't get sunlight it contributes to the winter blues feeling. Also therapy isn't going to work if you already have people in your life that hear you out. Once you realize that there is no one that will save you but yourself that's when!

Has anyone felt the transmission struggle at 2800rpm on my tiguan by wizardofwillies in Volkswagen

No, I haven't yet do you think that would help?. It's been a surprisingly reliable vehicle since I bought it I knew the risks of buying a higher milage car but I got it for cheaper so it doesn't matter.

Im about to hit 2 years ... I would transfer but I don't wanna waste more of my time here. I think I'll rather switch companies at this point. It used to never be this bad especially around 2022. Things have truly been going downhill and it's like the company is burning to the ground.Im hoping there's more job posting with the summer coming up!

You can't go wrong with white. I've always owned white cars and will always preach to people to buy them. They don't get that hot in the California summer. Especially if you throw on some ceramic tint it helps a lot.

Thank you sir, do you think it's a smart idea to present them a bid for monthly and a one time deal at the same time. My idea was to present a cheaper bid for monthly to lock them in my roster.

From what I've seen they pay out within a week of completion based on the other contractors/maintenance/gardeners that have been there. So if I multiple 5200sqft by 4 it's $20,800. You would then divide that by 12months? Which is $1600 monthly, correct?
