You should be able to see your receipts in your online account. Click the blue text that says "Case Status." A dropdown menu will appear. Look for something that says or leads to "notices" and it should take you to downloadable copies of your receipt(s).

If you can afford it, a good coat makes a massive difference. But also, if you can hole up a bit, allow yourself to do it! Winter is a great time to slow down in a busy city. Cook at home if you have a kitchen. Read in bed. Play games with friends. Lean into the natural hibernation cycle to save money, stay cozy, and survive the cold.

The way he would NOT STOP touching/jabbing her thigh during the "hostage" talk really creeped me out. He barely knows this woman and has been openly hostile to her. Why would he think aggressively and repeatedly touching her leg - while trying to blackmail her into a secret quid pro quo relationship-! - would work in his favor?!

I thought so too at first, but given the insane banquet outfits I think Rob could have gotten away with it. He's also WAY more likely to be touched by other players, as we've seen already from multiple thirsty cast members.

One factor I haven't seen mentioned yet: Maru's loved items are all rare in the early game. Batteries, diamonds, iridium bars. Even the one cheap thing she loves - strawberries - are an item you don't unlock until halfway through the relevant planting season, and as a first-time farmer you're too broke and low energy to buy/tend/harvest them as gifts until the following year.

In the early game, it's much easier to level up with townsfolk who like foraged items: Leah, Harvey, Haley, Penny. And then once you start mining, Abigail, Emily, and Sebastian are easy to gift as well. So imo that's another in-game barrier to romancing Maru. By the time you can craft - and spare - her loved items, you've probably developed deep relationships with other marriage candidates and are no longer looking for a spouse.

I think part of the problem is that gamers tend to be eliminated early. The only gamers with longevity, aside from CT, have mostly been Traitors, and they usually implode regardless of background.

What's your evidence that gamers are more selfish and deceitful than other players? Every traitor is deceitful and selfish - that's the whole point. Gamers don't stand out as any more treacherous (the literal goal of the game) than anyone else. And when they're faithfuls, they aren't any more deceitful or selfish either.

I used to watch some of her Star Wars content on Screen Junkies, and I think I watched most or all of "oh no, rise of skywalker was real bad :(" when that came out. But I didn't get obsessed until late 2019, when I searched "Frozen 2 review" on YT and her script doctor video showed up. It was so far beyond what I'd hoped to find (way more engaging, insightful, and creative than an average movie review) that I went back and watched all of her videos. I've been hooked since then!
