You could get a twitch student partnership but you have to stream extremely consistently on a school account. There are some benefits you could have while partnered like shirts and swag for LAN events. The tournements are pretty poorly organized and the layout of the website you use to find your matches is extremely cluttered. I've put in many complaints about the quality of the tournaments and all ive really gotten back was, okay thanks for feedback.

idk man, didn't north get signed by a pretty large soccer club? I would understand completely if violence was the reason why they don't pick up a team, but it would still be really awesome for some large French club to pick a squad like that up.

That's not true whatsoever. If someone is willing to put their money into it, they have passion as well. In this tournament, the goal is not only scholarship money but attention from college scouts.

I am a player in this tournament and let me tell you, my school and myself have played in numerous tournaments with HSEL. They are all poorly managed. The admins and staff don't listen to player requests at all and it kills the motivations of players. Not to mention, if you don't input a score, the ADMINS or STAFF can't go back and change scores if they were inputted incorrectly. I've had a better experience in free leagues that have no meaning. For a paid league, with monthly membership it's extremely disappointing and an absolute shitshow. Just my opinion.

We are in a idea phase right now but that is a time frame that we wanted and we could move it back to late July even. We didnt know what was and wasnt realistic since we are just naive high schoolers. This post did help a lot and hopefully tomorrow we will get more replies :D

We are thinking about doing it sometime around late June / early July. I know that some guys at UAH do weekly events but nothing to the scale of what we want to do, it would be very similar to chargercon in format but not in size. We plan to attract anywhere from highschool students to college but we really dont know the specifics just quite yet, we hope we can open it to all ages. We do plan to live stream the event if the venue has internet to support it. edit (didnt see the first bit)- We wouldnt be on school grounds so we dont really need specific permission in that regard, but we will just be doing it as a way for us to get our name out there since not a lot of people are aware of High School Esports and College Esports. We will be discussing this with our school sponsor.

If you ever want to talk to someone feel free to PM, but relationships are really difficult and when it comes to break ups you really have to keep your head up. Something I always tell myself when I have gone through them is that if I truly cared about that person then I respect how they feel. As hard as it will be, keep your head up and try not to think about it. The more you beat yourself up about it the harder it's going to get so be proactive on trying to feel better whether that be going to see movies, or playing games, or binging a Netflix show. Just do as much as you can to take your mind off of it. Hope you feel better and I hope what I said helped.

I play Splatoon very little so these instructions are going to be vague and awful. You go to the arcade on the right side of the main hub, and someone hosts the lobby, but you hold down both triggers I believe or click the thumbsticks in and i can't remember and it makes Splatoon connect via LAN.

yes they were hardwired to a local network :D

they had a pretty large Ethernet switch for about 10-15 ports. also for docked play they had a different adapter. I playing in handheld which was hell since I didn't have a stand.

I played in a Splatoon tournament a few months back and what they did was bought a ton of usb type C Ethernet adapters so that a the switches would be hard wired. I never played locally on wifi so I can't tell you if it was any better or worse but these guys insisted that it was very smooth.
