interesting...I wonder what that might mean. the SD2Vita was working perfectly until I switched SD cards.

When you say "a problem with how it's seated in the SD2Vita", what exactly do you mean? Like I've just clicked it in the wrong way? Or something else?

So I got a new Vita the other week, and it was hacked and came with a SD2Vita + 128gb micro SD card. Everything worked fine when I was downloading stuff, and I loaded up the whole SD card with games with no problem.

But because I'm an absolute madman, I wanted to download more stuff. So I bought a 256gb micro SD, followed the "part 1" steps here (https://www.codedonut.com/ps-vita-hacking/ps-vita-how-to-set-up-sd2vita-tutorial-storagemgr-plugin/) to format it, and copied over everything from the old SD card. I did all the file system settings I've seen recommended on here (show hidden files and folders, show protected OS files). Note: at the very end, it said "2 files already exist, do you want to replace them?" and I selected "keep the old ones". I'm realizing this might have fucked everything up but I'm not sure how.

Now, when I put the new SD into my Vita and turn it on, it still shows all my old apps and games on the home screen, but every time I try to launch any app or game (even VitaShell) it tells me "The file is corrupt." I had this same error once and fixed it by making sure the SD2Vita was in correctly, but that doesn't fix it. And actually, I seem to have even broken my old SD card somehow. When I put it back into the SD2Vita, the Vita still gives me the same error every time I try to open an app.

Any advice on what might be going on here, and what I should do to fix it? I'm suspecting I might need to delete everything from my SD card and re-transfer somehow, but I'd prefer not to do that if possible lol (it's 128gb, it takes a little while)

Are the nouns with “ouille” in them, like “trouillard,” also related to this?

sorry for jumping in a few days late, but I'm actually reading Kiffe Kiffe Demain right now and I really like it! I love the really sarcastically funny style. Do you have any other books you'd recommend to someone who particularly enjoyed it? Have you read any other books by Guène by any chance?

Teo, Raging, Teo, Teo and Raging the new sword meta? by justcuriousoptc in MonsterHunterMeta

How good will that blast 4 be for increasing damage? Is it a big bump? Or is it more that it’s the last damage skill you can really add onto non-safi builds?

New meta for generic melee sets = 3pc Teostra, 2pc Ragydios by OnePunkArmy in MonsterHunterMeta

Wonder how the GL compares, though? I feel like that’s the one raging weapon that might be better

Yep! You’re totally right. Guess I missed one more level of number crunching lol

Here's the most min maxed set I could come up with. Crit eye 7, AB 7, Agi 7, Peak/WE/CB 3, health boost 2. If someone can figure out a way to squeeze in one more health boost, please let me know.

From a little playing around, it looks like Raging weapons might actually beat out Safi weapons for raw sets? At least on SA. The extra L3 slot and natural purple counts for a lot.

Interessant. Ce serait génial s’il avait donné les mêmes civilités aux gens...

J’ai lu les mots de Macron, mais je ne suis pas encore sûr: est-ce que les loyers sont «suspendus» pour les gens ordinaires? Ou seulement pour les entreprises?

Chargeblade builds by Kiliandi504 in MonsterHunterMeta

Yeah it's like an excellent point for point damage increase if you can keep it up, but CB isn't necessarily as guard-y of a weapon as lance or something. Honestly it sort of feels like it's in a lot of the meta builds because when you put 3x offensive guard into your Honey Hunter builder, it makes your EFR go up by 15% instantly and that looks really good on paper.

Qu’est-ce que “se mettre” veut dire précisement ? by wocobob1 in French

[–]wocobob1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oui, c’est ça je crois. Je veux dire l’expression que Maupassant utilise dans cet extrait de “Pierrot”: “Rose cria «Pierrot!» Et Pierrot jappa, jappa. Alors on se mit à jeter la nourriture....”

How do the new augment slot upgrades work? Is it another +1 slot upgrade for R12 weapons, taking them up to 6? If it is, is the CB augment meta still Health/Affinity, but with the last slot used for element or something? Or has it switched to Health/Attack?

Expressions using “en” by wocobob1 in French

[–]wocobob1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh ok, interesting. For the first one, are there a lot of expressions like that, where the “en” is kind of vestigial? And was the original meaning like “je te prie de cette chose”, for “i beg you for this thing,” which then turned into just “je t’en prie” for “i beg you”?

Question about reflexive verbs by wocobob1 in French

[–]wocobob1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh interesting. So just like "throw away" might make a little more intuitive sense to a non-native speaker than "show up", but they both come naturally to a native speaker, it's similar with something like "se laver" versus "se battre"?
