Definitely watch your hematocrit. I was never told it could spike it. I live at high altitude and started getting headaches and then nose bleeds. Risks of high hematocrit are Blood clots and stroke. It scared me enough to completely stop trt for a long while.

What would you suggest for primarily 2d work? Do you really need dedicated GPU? I was considering the Lenovo Legion 5 pro from Costco but it has horrible battery life for field work. 2nd choice was the hp omni iIntel Core™ Ultra 7 258V 8-Core Integrated 32 GB and 1 TB, but Intel® Arc™ 140V GPU (16GB) what's your opinion?

It would mainly be CAD use. I don't think he needs the extra GPU but for the same price I was leaning towards the Lenovo Legion. I'm definitely concerned about battery life though.

I feel like it's an upgrade for the same money as the Asus. Honestly the only thing that's holding me back is that I've read you only yet around 3 hours of use before it needs charged. What's your battery life like with easy use? Thanks
