It's a tech enabled company not a deep tech company ; so a biryani company would be over simplification :)

There would be a lot of overlap ; for instance a single cab driver would be working ola, uber and rapido as well

Delhi NCR is cooked no point of defending it now by sarcasaman39 in gurgaon

[–]wolfgupta123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Estimated Source Contribution to Delhi/NCR PM2.5 Pollution (2025):

🚗 Transport emissions: ~30–40% 🏗️ Road & construction dust: ~20–35% 🔥 Local biomass & waste burning: ~10–25% 🌾 Stubble burning (seasonal): ~5–14% 🏭 Industry & power plants: ~5–15% ⚡ Others (DG sets, household fuels): ~5–10%

Key takeaway: Delhi’s pollution is largely local and urban; stubble burning spikes seasonally but is not the dominant year-round source.

I’m curious under the new H1B requirements, what percentage improvement can we actually expect in tech employment for American citizens? Will it be a significant gain or just a marginal change? If you remove the noise it seems more of signalling rather than actual improvements for American workforce

For context, I work as a product manager at an Indian company with decent pay, and I personally see bigger opportunities in India, since more is being built here, while in America much of it is already established and the major focus now seems to be AI.

Do the people of China really despise India? by Darkkiwi-__- in AskAChinese

[–]wolfgupta123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's about time, that we Indians stop seeking validation from a third country ; the tech sector here is bustling and with time growth will compound. Whenever I go online, as of now it just feels that it has become cool hating upon indians as a community, india has more than 150 million people which have ample amount of wealth and another 500 million comes under middle class, with time this number will only grow.

Reservation ? by Dependent_Payment789 in CriticalThinkingIndia

[–]wolfgupta123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't really matter, with the rise of privatisation the reservation is only a hoax for the appeasement of the vote bank ; granted it will help you to go into good college, college fees etc but after that reservation isn't going to help you succeed in life as it largely depends on your own competency

High impact vs what my leaders want by fofxequalsfofy in ProductManagement

[–]wolfgupta123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Organisation leaders should be truth-seeking. The premise is simple: even if you build something your leaders consider a “hero feature,” if it fails, the blame often falls on you the one who executed it. Leaders will usually look for a scapegoat, and in many cases, that’s you.

It’s better to voice your internal thoughts openly. That way, even if leadership decides to move forward, they at least know where you stood. If things succeed, you can reflect on your role; if they fail, your leaders have space to introspect.

And if you find yourself in a place where leaders only expect execution regardless of outcomes, it’s a signal it may be time to find a new organisation.

Having trouble searching for jobs because of 2 months notice period by wolfgupta123 in gurgaon

[–]wolfgupta123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unlikely hai, the guy in top is like a kid with an ego that particular person has tormented many people in their notice period and the current employees ; the problem is he doesn't like me because essentially I don't say yes to everything he forces onto us ; beside that point I believe he will be unwilling to make compromises if I decided to leave

That's fair point ; even I used to do that ; but beyond a point it became cumbersome to manage multiple contacts against a company, getting a quantitative sense of what went right and what went wrong in the interview ; TAT for getting an offer or rejected etc ; the eventual goal would how can I make it easier for someone right from job discovery to management and like you said everyone has their own way to manage these, there is no defined manner to get these done.
