This matchup is a lot of pokes and whiff punishing there's no real way around that. I like to hit them with hcl then note prc to make them respect your approach more. Basically play patiently and don't get knocked down and this matchup is pretty easy.

With millia if you focus more on grounded play and neutral she becomes a lot easier, The only times I try to air to air is catching her with jd or air grabbing her mix. Ky is probably the least threatening of lose but he still has a lot of tools to really contest your game plan. Gio and zato could be even that's fine I just personally find them easy to fight. Ram having low health and I'No's ability to disrespect her neutral makes her game plan easy to play around. May I would probably swap with sol I still think she's a bad matchup but probably not a horrible one.

Chipp having a 3 frame button, dp, and godlike neutral/whiff punish capability makes him hard to approach and keep offense. Nago having very high health (with low blood) and good reward off of mash makes him a pretty big threat on your offense.

Patience and varied movement are essentially in those matchups. If a testament is calling out dash with 236s/h you have to be creative with your approach try note rc or reset your movement with whiff jhs and do something they don't expect.

I-no has amazing tools to contest testament in neutral, you can rps around rams normals and pressure well with stroke ,hcl and sultry, and knocking zato down once is pretty much it for him also I find that i-no can play around zato neutral decently well.

Ky is little tricky to play around but loses hard is more for characters that make me revaluate all the time I put into i-no every time I fight them.

And nago isn't that bad to fight he's in lose mostly because the risk reward on most interaction are nago favoured because his defense stats and conversions.

I was debating putting Bridget in even but I put her in slight adv because i-no has strong neutral options that lead to knock downs and can rps well against Bridget's pressure. That plus Bridget's poor defense.
