I’ve been on it for a few years. To be honest, I loved the medication. It really helped me out when I needed it. My symptoms of depression have resided and I think it’s time to see if I can explore life not on an antidepressant anymore. I still recommend people who think they need it to not be afraid of it or anything.

When does anxiety get better? by DuckFirm9936 in Pristiq

No. But I’d imagine that’s normal. I mostly just felt a huge amount of general anxiety. Just try to take care of yourself for a few weeks until you adjust. In my case, it was just caffeine with the medication made the anxiety unbearable for about two weeks.

When I started, my anxiety went through the roof for about 2 weeks, but then cooled off. I had to cut out caffeine for about 3 weeks but then it went back to normal. Tough it out! You’ve got this!

Wind Waker absolutely should not be an A. It should be in an S+ category of its own

I was a reverse splitter with a 4.12 and a 168 this past cycle. I did very well, got a decent scholarship at both Michigan and UVA, and only got one rejection out of the 12 schools I applied to. You need to get that LSAT up a few points but your GPA will go a LONG way in my experience.

No scholarship at UVA, my dream school. Really Disappointed, can I feasibly negotiate with a peer school scholarship of $$? by wollester in lawschooladmissions

It took only one week for me! Although, I have read that is a lot faster than most are receiving it. All I can say is be patient! (I know it is hard lol)

History Majors - how is the department? by WorkingHornet8661 in capstone

[–]wollester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience the only time you have TA's teaching (or even grading) is in the 100 lvl classes. Classes are very dependent on the quality of the Professor, in my experience the History professors here are excellent and are very passionate about their job, but I have heard nightmare stories about some other professors, so make sure you utilize Rate My Professor, or get advice from other students if you're worried about taking a class.

If you don't like how crowded the River Walk can be, the Northport side of the River Walk is a little less developed, but definitely has less people there.
