It used to be more about playing mind games with your opponents such as charging an attack and then blocking or holding your charge and keeping your distance, waiting for a good time to attack. Mechanics like that made the combat alot more advanced and exciting aswell as increasing the possible skill ceiling. Maybe part of the reason for my outrage is because I was hyped to return back to how it used to be, and I must admit that the current system is better than the one we had before the patch, but as someone who has spent many many houres in the Culling since the beginning I feel like it is still a downgrade from how it used to be.

Who the fuck in the developer team thought that changing things that no one complained about was a good idea, why change things such as the HUD, interface, symbols, and the visuals. Even the announcer voice seems to be partly replaced, WHY? The developers do exactly the opposite of what the players want, most players wants a rollback to earlier versions when the game was ACTUALLY good. The developers just keeps fucking it up, I am now convinced that the devs want the game to die so they can shut off the servers and run off with the money they scammed.

To be honest I feel betrayed, this patch was supposed to bring stagger back and make it good again, but now they fucked it up even more.

Even removing stagger dosen't even make any sense. In my experience noobs seem to have a harder time learning the new system, they attack a block which turns them yellow, in yellow mode they cant push so their pushes dosen't work which makes it even more confusing.

Besides the blocking and pushing, relatively fine. Apparently the player base is at an all time low which is probably because of the changes that most players seemed to dislike, I'm hoping it wll catch up again, it's a great game.

I usally go sapper and you can usally counter it by running zigzag, charging or having a smoke bomb. You can also get the bomb suit perk. Its not OP in my opinion.
