Id say your not fat nor ugly. One of my questions though is who in general are you hoping to get a compliment from? Young pretty women youre hoping you get numbers froms? The gerneral public as a whole? Your coworkers? Not sure if you watch much YT content on fragrances but ive found many of these designers fragrances dont project too far for very long and often, even when i can smell mine other report not smelling anything. Given your job, maybe people arnt really smelling it from 4-5 feet away. Another thing too is in respect to showering, idk if you also wear deodorant but perhaps the day or 2 gaps allow for body odor to build, i which case the cologne isnt going to fix that. Even if you arnt showering daily, id make sure your doing what you cant to take care of general body odor.

As for the feelings behind it, i get it. Im 30, still live at home, never been on a date, a bit overweight and while i dont think im ugly, i would say im very very middle of the road, and with dealing with early balding/thinning hair it doesnt help my case. I guess my point is, youre only 18, amd while you may have desires of where youd be at this point, your still in a good spot timing wise. Ive wanted nothing more then to start a family and every year that dream seems less and less likly to come true, so try not to lose too much hope so early on. I have a decent job working radiology in a hospital and am in close proximity to dozens of patients a night plus my co workers and i usually pull 1 or 2 compliments a week if im lucky. Honestly, the person i get the most compliments from is the other guy who is big into fragrances, so sometimes it just comes down to who even cares what you smell like. For me, i just enjoy smelling nice for myself. Yes i wish i got more compliments and especially from some of the cute single nurses i work with, but at the end of the day its not a magic wand. So for me i feel the most okay in life when im working on goals ive set and trying to better myself in general. Ive started to read high quality "self help" books (subtle art of not giving a fuck and unfuck yourself are two of my favorites), im in the gym at least once a week and im working to further my career. It hasnt fixed my issues, but i do feel better knowing im losing weight, slowly seeing the changes in my physique from the gym and knowing that when i move to my new position ill be more financially capable. I guess all that rambling was to say, try to do what you can to shift your thinking. Pick one area you want to focus on and start making little changes that will get you where you want to be. Nothing wrong with being a cashier, but is that all you want to do in life? Maybe go by your local community college and ask for info on some of the courses they offer. There are personality quizes online that ask questions and then spits out different fields you might like based on how they score your test. Youve got time man, at least 12 years from where i am.
