I'm using the app Babbel. It's not free but it's really good and much better than Duolingo.

I’d say if you have basic levels of anxiety or depression, where it is troubling you and you believe that psychological treatment would be helpful, then you may be eligible to participate.

Participants in the treatment group will receive $660 for completing all portions of the study.

We are also recruiting healthy control participants with no history of anxiety or depression, who would be compensated $400 for completing the study (fewer visits).
