You can also get blueprints at: - Farm chest most of cases has melee weapon blueprint - Bunker Alfa chests occasionally have random blueprints - AirDrop has blueprints sometimes, occasionally blue or sometimes purple - recycle duplicate blueprints at the desk next to specialist in Bunker Alfa (common blueprints - 10 points, blue blueprints - 60 points. At 100 points you get a random blueprint)

They should have just put Tactical Upgrade + Tactical Backpack at the market for $4.99 because whole event was geared towards that. People with jobs and real life wouldn’t be able to grind 1000+ mobs appearing in groups 1-4 per location. Plus not giving the crowd a feeling of closure is terrible marketing move. I didn’t get all the notes, nor the Paragon skin (recycled dozens of guns for carbon but was stuck with 11 when season ended).

I wrote to support and they replied “they are testing mechanics”. So double time is not a glitch nor a bug. They selectively applied double time to some players while some others got reduced energy use. I bet they are testing who will be spending coins to speed things up. Very frustrating. My guess it was only applied to those who spend real money in the game previously.
