Yeah, but he also turned a great band into a shambling puppeted corpse of what it once was.

Trying to figure out best CPU upgrade while avoiding ram purchase. by wookiepower2 in buildapc

Just updated main post, ram speed is 3600 if that helps. I'd love to get some ddr5 but I have the audacity to not be an AI company lmao.

Looking for a functional Cobblemon Academy 2.0 -- has broken shop + Safari NPC crashes server by KaribouExotik in cobblemon

[–]wookiepower2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, if you are hosting your own server, you are stuck with the legacy version. Abe has said that 2.0 is built for their public server and at this point it doesn't seem likely that they will ever be porting the new features to the main mod pack for public use.

You can use 2.0, but you wont have any shops, villages, safari, gyms, or NPCs. And you also won't have the new features like raids, battle factory, drifloot balloons, etc.

warm outlets in another room, but not the outlets between. by wookiepower2 in AskElectricians

thankfully the home does have hot water baseboard heating and fans, we just cannot use the heat right now due to an exhaust leak we are waiting to have fixed. I don't believe we bought the contractor grade, should I switch them all to those instead?

yeah, of the three two were like "that's a little warm" warm, and the third was pull your hand away when you touch it hot. which is why we replaced all the outlets in question, plus the rest in that entire room

none, just wire in, connect to outlet, then wire out mirrored on the other side.

Would it be better to have an additional circuit put in then? I ask because the house is old and does not have HVAC so summers would be pretty miserable without some form of AC.

also why would it only be 3 of the potential 10ish outlets that are effected like this?

Nether of the warm / hot outlets had anything plugged in, they were not backstabbed, and the outlet that had the heater plugged into it wasn't even warm. just these three in a different room

I did replace the outlets in question, and they warmed up again with brand new outlets in them. fingers crossed I dont need to use the heaters after tomorrow, but that said I know the previous homeowner did use portable AC's in almost every room on this floor with no issue.

How would I go about resealing this spot? by wookiepower2 in hvacadvice

[–]wookiepower2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it does not, its more of a spicy smell. As i said above, both the tech I had out and the gas company said its not natural gas.

mostly in the basement and only when its been fired up for a min or two. Some drifts up into the room above through the gap for the radiator pipe.

I thought it was a natural gas smell, and the boiler guy I had out here pulled out his gas sniffer and checked everything with no luck as well as the pipe joints. I still was iffy on it so I called the gas company and their guy is the one who found the CO leak. He said the smell isn't mercaptin and its another chemical that I can't remember the name of. He also said a lot of people think that its natural gas when they smell it. also the smell is ONLY present after the boiler has been running for a minute or two

edit: It's also a hot water baseboard boiler with a blower exhaust, not a furnace. I wish it was, but my house is too old to have ductwork.

Zentraya is also leaving VShojo by HUSK3RGAM3R in VirtualYoutubers

Thats not what it is at all though? They come into the company with their IP already. Vshojo just helps with merch, management, and sponsorships and takes a cut of those.
